Cole Ryland Buchner

Cole has an extensive commercial real estate background, having experience in the industry since 2010. Cole Graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in 2016. After graduating, he pursued growth within the hospitality sales industry and was awarded Team Member of the Year at L’Auberge Del Mar in 2017. Cole grew up with a family background in commercial real estate. It was not long until he realized that his transferable and specialized skills would propel him to take on the role of an association manager with Firstservice Corporation, a $2.9B publicly traded, diversified global real estate company, where he protected, maintained and enhanced the value of twenty-one commercial associations. Cole has a strong passion for music, hiking, and the outdoors. He has combined his passions and skill set to create Ryland Real Estate Services, providing
professional services to clients throughout San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire.
Craig T. Stevens
Principal Advisory Board Member
Craig is an industry veteran, with more than thirty-eight years of financial services and commercial real estate experience. He has worked for mid-size as well as national & global firms as a senior executive, in a variety of creative & entrepreneurial roles. Since stepping off the corporate ladder in 2003, he and his partner have co-founded three commercial real estate firms, one of which (multi-state Mar West Commercial) was sold to FirstService Corporation, a $3B publicly traded, diversified, global real estate company. The others, Sea Pointe Partners, Inc. and Cardiff Real Estate, currently provide expert Commercial Property Owners’ Association services to commercial real estate developers, institutional owners and private-client building owners.
Craig graduated from San Diego State University in 1982 with a degree in Business Administration- Finance and holds a California DRE Brokers license.
Craig invests a tremendous amount of time, mentoring college students and young professionals, sits on multiple boards and loves surfing, golf, sailing, tennis, hiking and travel.

April S. Buchner

April has extensive commercial real estate experience, having worked in a variety of industry roles since 1982. She has worked for mid-size as well as national & global firms in property management, due diligence, leasing, and accounting. Since stepping off the corporate ladder in 2003, she and her partner have co-founded two multi-state commercial real estate firms, one of which was sold to Firstservice Corporation, a $2.9B publicly traded, diversified global real estate company. The second, Sea Pointe Partners, Inc. currently provides expert Commercial Property Owners’ Association services to commercial real estate developers, institutional owners and private-client building owners.
April graduated from California State University Fullerton in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration-Entrepreneurship. She is an IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM), and holds a California DRE real estate Agents license.
April invests a tremendous amount of time granting wishes as a Wish Grantor for Make-A-Wish to children with life threatening illnesses, rescuing greyhound dogs, mentoring college students and young professionals. April also volunteers around her community and loves Pilates, yoga, hiking, tennis, reading and travelling.
